# UMA.rocks

Launched on **August 24, 2024**, UMA.rocks is the only active voting pool in the UMA ecosystem. Founded by Lancelot, it was created to reduce the workload of Oracle voting by handling the voting process on behalf of UMA stakers.

Since its launch, UMA.rocks has evolved from a single voting operation into infrastructure that supports multiple independent voting committees.

### Voting Committees

UMA.rocks originally relied on a single voting committee to decide how the pool would vote. In April 2026, it introduced support for [multiple voting committees](https://github.com/UMA-rocks/voting-committees).

Each committee can have between **1 and 11 members** and sets the number of approvals required to finalize its answers. Delegators can choose which committee votes on their behalf, and anyone can create a new committee.

This allows different groups of voters to make independent decisions while using the same UMA.rocks infrastructure.

### Track Record

Since its launch, UMA.rocks has maintained an accuracy rate of about **99%**, meaning its votes have almost always aligned with the final winning vote.

Voting activity and answers can be reviewed through Dune, GitHub, and the UMA.rocks Discord.

### How Answers Are Selected

At the beginning of each voting round, UMA.rocks creates a GitHub pull request for each active voting committee containing the disputes that need to be resolved.

Committee members review the disputes, select their answers, and approve the pull request. Once the required approvals are reached, the answers are merged and later committed on behalf of the delegators subscribed to that committee.

After a committee finalizes its answers, UMA.rocks also posts them in the corresponding UMA dispute threads.

#### Summary

UMA.rocks is UMA's largest voting pool, allowing stakers to delegate the day-to-day work of Oracle voting while retaining custody of their UMA. Since launching in 2024, it has maintained an accuracy rate of about 99% and expanded from a single voting operation into a system of independent voting committees. Its voting decisions and activity remain publicly visible through GitHub, Dune, and Discord.
